Can I return/exchange an item?

If your item is faulty, we will exchange it or refund you if the item is returned to us within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please contact us via email and we'll provide you with the return details (return shipping is at your cost and must be via tracked post/courier).
What kind of delivery service do you use?

We currently only courier to New Zealand addresses. Standard NZ shipping. 3-5 business day delivery $8.50 Express NZ shipping. 1-2 business day delivery $15 Rural NZ Shipping. 3-5 business day delivery $13 Free local delivery to Mount Maunganui locations * Please note, unfortunately any delays with shipping due to NZ Post delivery are out of our control.
What are the care instructions for the aprons?

All My Little River aprons have been pre-washed. For best results, place the apron in a lingerie wash bag (to protect the boning) and cold machine wash on a gentle cycle.
What fabric are the aprons made from?

All our products are 100% cotton. The weight of the fabric may vary slightly between the prints.
How frequently do you change your prints?

We aim to add new prints regularly to accomodate seasonal fashion and to meet the demands of 'most popular' print designs.
Are your aprons easy to use?

Couldn't be easier, simply pop the apron over your head and position the fabric over yourself and baby.
Can my baby still breathe under this cover?

Absolutely, given the boned arch at the neckline of the apron, it elevates the fabric so that it gently flows over your baby and doesn't sit over their face/airway.
Do I still wear maternity clothes if using the apron?

No! The beauty of these aprons is that they provide you with complete coverage so that you can easily access your breasts for nursing without exposing yourself more than you'd care to.
Where are the aprons made?

Our aprons are 100% Kiwi-made - handmade by local seamstresses in Mount Maunganui.
Can you send it directly to a recipient as a gift?

Sure can, just add a note to your order and we'll include a special note in their package so that they know who it's come from.
