ZIPS are a parents best friend, or 'preferably as few buttons as possible. As gorgeous as some of the button-up items are, they can be a nightmare when trying to dress a baby in a hurry (or in the dark).
Buy clothing in 3+ month sizes. They grow so fast in those early months and often items don't even get to be worn (just remember to match the size to the season).
